Please read this document carefully before using the flix2day platform. By registering an account or using any service provided by flix2day, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the flix2day platform on any device or web browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all of these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users without exception, including visitors without an account, registered users, and any party accessing platform content.

Account Creation & Security
- Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the flix2day platform.
- Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Flix2day reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may require supporting documents.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials secure.
- Do not share your account details with anyone. flix2day will never ask for your password through any channel.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rules
Users of the flix2day platform agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner prohibited by these terms. Strictly prohibited activities include the use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform, attempting to defraud the system or gain an unfair advantage, sharing or reselling account access to others, and any form of interference with the platform's technical infrastructure.
Users are also prohibited from using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. flix2day reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these rules, without prior notice and without liability to that user.
All betting activity must be conducted for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of the platform, or use on behalf of another person without flix2day's written authorisation, is strictly prohibited.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the flix2day platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through locally supported payment methods available on the platform, including approved online banking and digital wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits are legitimate and not from any prohibited source.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the selected payment method. flix2day is not responsible for any delays or transaction failures caused by banks or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification process that may require additional documents. flix2day reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals while a review is in progress if there is any suspicious activity related to the account in question.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
The flix2day platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and flix2day makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform at any time. flix2day is not liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including service disruptions, odds display errors, or betting outcomes.
In no event shall flix2day's total maximum liability to any user exceed the amount of active deposits held in that user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
Flix2day reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: fraud or system manipulation, breach of these terms, multiple accounts, failed identity verification, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to the applicable payment terms.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the flix2day platform — including logos, graphics, text, software code, and interface designs — is the exclusive property of flix2day and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from flix2day.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites. flix2day does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Accessing those links is entirely at the user's own risk.
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from the use of the flix2day platform will be resolved in accordance with established procedures.
